Wondering how to answer a HTTP HEAD request, serving no body but
nonetheless a Content-Length other than 0.

I found some previous discussion of this topic[1], but it looks like there
has been a subsequent major overhaul that did not bring the feature along,
or not in the same way.

Ah, that was an oversight on my part. Can you open an issue for this?
0.4.1 is going out soon, I can include the fix for this.
